This session will explore shocks and disruptions in an open and future-oriented manner: what does (and what will) it take for social impact organizations to weather, and even thrive, amidst disruptions and shocks – internal or external? The session will share results from new research designed to generate new and actionable knowledge about what’s required to build resiliency for social change organizations and effort, and to spark learning, dialogue, experimentation, and action among funders that strengthens current efforts to build resiliency.
